Our stay was like a dream! We enjoyed warm evenings by the rooftop pool, surrounded by friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

The ground floor bathrooms also needed a bit more care.

However, the bed comfort could be improved. it wasn't as plush as I had hoped. The location is absolutely ideal, just a short walk to the beach and near D'Mall. The only issue was the restaurant food didn't meet expectations, but there were plenty of great dining options nearby. I really enjoyed the live fire show on Sundays. that was a highlight for sure. I also appreciated the seamless airport transfer service. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a couple of minor hiccups.

We stayed for 6 nights and the staff were very nice! They helped us with everything from arranging beach towels to suggesting activities, making us feel at home plus the room was beautiful, just like the one we saw in Madrid.

Our experience at Feliz Hotel was quite memorable, especially

the warm welcome we received at check-in with refreshing drinks. The room exceeded our expectations in size and comfort. However, noise from the live band outside can be distracting, especially at night.

The Feliz Suite was just beautiful, super spacious, and reminded me of a classy stay in Madrid. Spotless cleanliness every day thanks to Eric from housekeeping. The bed was comfy enough but not perfect for long nights. Too many bathroom amenities could be improved, especially for our longer stay of 8 days. Plus, the location was off the charts—right by the beach and plenty of shops. Just what you want!
